Originally from a classical background, Jacques Helmus completed his musical training in New York with Dave Liebman. His career has been punctuated by prestigious and influential encounters (Steve Swallow, John Taylor, Adam Nussbaum...). This rich experience is reflected in his latest CD, "Letting Go", produced by Jean-Michel Kajdan with guest appearances by Manu Katché and Mario Stanchev.
